Directions for use and dosage:
Take 1 to 2 capsules daily, after fasting for 1 hour.
Recommended daily dose: 1–2 capsules.
Ingredients per 2 capsules:
Dry Polypodium extract (Polypodium leucotomos Poir., rhizome and frond) 796.98 mg, Maltodextrin, Anti-caking agents (Magnesium stearate and Silicon dioxide), Zinc gluconate 22.27 mg (3 mg of Zinc, 30% NRV*), L-Selenomethionine 3.3 mg (16.5 μg of Selenium, 30% NRV*) and Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol) 1.5 μg (30% NRV*). Vegetable capsule [Glazing agent (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)].
