Directions for Use

Take 1 to 2 capsules daily, at least 1 hour after fasting.

Recommended daily intake: 1–2 capsules.

Dry extract of Polypodium (Polypodium Leucotomos Poir., rhizome and frond) 796.98 mg, Maltodextrin, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide), zinc gluconate 22.27 mg (providing 3 mg of zinc, 30% NRV*), L-selenomethionine 3.3 mg (providing 16.5 μg of selenium, 30% NRV*), and vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 1.5 μg (30% NRV*). Vegetable capsule [coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose].
